Patient eye care is at your fingertips with Paxos Mobile, a connected mobile eye examination and care coordination tool for practices and health systems. Paxos Mobile enables healthcare professionals to capture high-resolution photos of the eye at the point of care. Captured photos are instantaneously transmitted and stored in the Paxos cloud. Healthcare professionals can then use the photo sharing and messaging feature to securely communicate with colleagues and coordinate care in real-time.

The Paxos Mobile software meets HIPAA security and privacy guidelines for the transfer and storage of patient information, so healthcare professionals can be confident that their patients’ data is protected. This eye examination and care coordination system is designed improve workflow efficiencies and ultimately provide a better care experience for both healthcare professionals and patients.

===PAXOS MOBILE APP===

The latest version of the Paxos Mobile software includes clinical collaboration tools as well as camera control enhancements for easier photo capture capabilities. With the new Paxos Mobile app, users have manual focus control, invert images photos captured through an indirect lens to the correct orientation, and apply an image mask during retinal imaging which hides extraneous image content. The app also features new collaborations features, which allow healthcare providers to send alerts and notifications to other treatment team members, to securely view and share captured images photos with colleagues, and discuss these images in real time via the application.

===PAXOS SCOPE ADAPTER===

The Paxos Mobile application can be used in conjunction with the Paxos Scope smartphone adapter, which converts a mobile device into an ophthalmic camera. The lightweight and portable hardware features a universal mounting and alignment mechanism and enables healthcare professionals to capture high quality photos of the anterior segment and retina at the point of care.
